At Oxygen Orchard, Inc. in Richmond, TX, my husband and I—co-founders and business partners—love answering our Customer Service calls personally. It’s our way of staying in touch with the people who matter most—our customers—and ensuring every question or concern is met with the same passion that went into creating The Big Pitcher.
Yesterday, we received a memorable call from a gentleman named Rodney. He had just purchased The Big Pitcher and encountered a minor issue. Fortunately, since we started manufacturing our custom parts right here in Texas, we’ve had nearly zero issues for months. Rodney’s concern was quickly resolved—but his story is what truly stayed with us.
Back in 2008, when we were featured in SkyMall Magazine for five incredible years, Rodney was flying from Fort Hood to Iraq. He spotted The Big Pitcher in the magazine, purchased one, and used it throughout his time overseas. He told us it made a significant difference—the oxygen-rich water gave his drinking water a much better taste.
Life took its turns, and unfortunately, Rodney lost his original pitcher during a divorce. But yesterday, he found us again—and we were thrilled to reconnect. His call made our day, week, and possibly our month!
